4. In case of pricing or listing errors, Paamya reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

1. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment (or confirmation in case of COD).

2. Paamya reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

a) Incorrect pricing or product information

b) Non-serviceable location

c) Suspicious or fraudulent activity

d) Repeated failed COD deliveries

3. Customers may request order cancellation only before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

2. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days post dispatch.

3. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier or external factors beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

1. Paamya offers a 2-day return policy only for defective or damaged products.

2. A mandatory unboxing video is required to raise any return or refund request.

3. Requests raised after 2 days of delivery or without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Payment

1. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.

2. Paamya does not store any card, UPI, or net banking details.

3. In case of payment failure but amount deduction, the refund (if applicable) will be processed as per bank/payment gateway timelines.

User Responsibilities

1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.

2. Any loss or delay caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of Paamya.

3. Customers agree not to misuse the website or engage in fraudulent activities.

Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Paamya website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Paamya.

2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

1. Paamya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

2. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
