At Paamya, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing & Dispatch

1. All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation.

2. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during sale periods, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

1. Once dispatched, orders typically take 4–7 working days to be delivered.

2. Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

- Shipping address / pin code

- Courier partner operations

- Weather conditions or regional restrictions

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

Delivery is subject to serviceability of the pin code by our courier partners.

Order Tracking

1. After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the shipment status.

2. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


Delivery Attempts

1. Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

2. In case of failed delivery due to unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all timelines, Paamya shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to:

- Natural calamities

- Courier partner delays

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

- Unforeseen operational issues
