At Paamya, we value our customers and strive to deliver the best quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

*Eligibility for Returns

1. We offer an easy 2-day return policy strictly for defective or damaged items received.

2. The return request must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

3. Returns are applicable only if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or refund request, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The unboxing video must:

- Be recorded from the moment the package is opened

- Clearly show the sealed package, product, and defect/damage

- Be uncut, uninterrupted, and without edits

❗ Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

1. No unboxing video provided

2. Return request raised after 2 days of delivery

3. Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear

4. Slight variations in color or appearance due to lighting or screen resolution

5. Products showing signs of use or tampering

How to Raise a Return Request

Email us at [support@paamya.com] within 2 days of delivery

Share the following details:

-Order ID

-Clear images of the product

-Mandatory unboxing video

-Brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and get back to you within 24–48 working hours.

*Refund Process

1. Once the return is approved and the product is received back (if applicable), the refund will be processed.

2. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

3. The refund may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

*Partial Payment & Refund (RTO Orders)

In case of orders placed with a partial payment, the amount paid will be non-refundable if the order is returned (RTO – Return to Origin) due to reasons such as customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, or incorrect/incomplete address details.

Customers are requested to ensure their availability at the time of delivery and provide accurate shipping details to avoid such situations.

The partial payment will only be refunded in cases where the order has not been dispatched from our end.

*Prepaid Order Cancellation & Refund

For all prepaid orders, customers may request cancellation before dispatch. However, please note:

  • A deduction of ₹120 will be applicable on all prepaid order cancellations once the order is reached to your destination.
  • This amount covers shipping and RTO (Return to Origin) charges, which are borne by the company as we do not charge additional shipping on prepaid orders.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In case of non-acceptance of delivery, the order will be treated as RTO, and the same deduction policy will apply.

The remaining balance amount (after deduction) will be processed as a refund to the original payment method within standard timelines.


This policy helps us maintain fair pricing while covering logistical costs incurred during order processing.



Replacement Policy

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Replacement decisions will be at the sole discretion of Paamya.

1. This policy applies only to purchases made through the official Paamya website.

2. Paamya reserves the right to decline any return or refund request if the conditions mentioned above are not met.

3. All decisions taken by Paamya regarding returns and refunds will be final and binding.
